I’m Maureen Ikeh, an entrepreneurial leader who discovered her purpose in 2018, in turn has helped many others discovered theirs through my divers youth advocate programs.

My desire to see youth living their best lives led to my first online youth empowerment conference tagged: STEPPING INTO PURPOSE FULFILMENT in June 2021 and in November 2022, I hosted a bigger version of another youth conference tagged: THE WINNER WITHIN, a program designed to awaken the consciousness in youth on the need to strive for productivity while leveraging the social media space for impact and profit. I’m also the Convener of the YOUTHXCHANGE Conference 3.0 in Lagos held in November 2023 with the sole aim of empowering the youths for global relevance, impact, influence and profit.

I am an author of 9 brilliant books, two of which are available in print – WHILE YOU ARE YOUNG (Become Productive, Relevant And Achieve More), and BEYOND EMOTION (How To Build A Healthy Relationship Beyond Emotional Feelings). I’m a wholesome youth advocate.

So far between 2020 and now, I’ve been recognized on several platforms as an outstanding lady doing extraordinary works on the online space which include but not limited to the following awards: • A multiple award winning author recognized by CWIN Africa and Daachiever Inc. 2020 and 2021 respectively. •

An outstanding brand of the year that offers selfless support to other brands and individuals recognized by Mercynub Media Empire 2021 and 2022.

A certified Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneur 2022.

I’ve also had the honor to grace an interview session with RaveTV and Achievers Radio in 2021 and Yabatech Radio 89.3FM, March 2024.

I’ve also been recognized as one of the Personal Development Awardees at the Spring Gate Grammar School October 2022 and 2023.

Lastly, I received my first ever physical award as one of the JPI YOUNG LEADERS AND INNOVATORS live at the JPI Youth Leadership Conference 2024. I have spoken on various platforms both online and offline on youth empowerment discourse and as well trained many writers within and across Nigeria. A creative writer, writing coach, content developer, book project consultant, ghostwriter, book editor, project manager, CAC Consultant, a social media savvy, a seasoned public speaker, and compere. The Creative Director of Building Creative Minds Academy (BCMA), established on 10th January 2021, a rising online brand on a mission to raising a rare breed of creative minds in Africa.

I am also the delectable host of the YES Initiative Conversation with the mission to magnifying the voices of UNDER 30 extraordinary entrepreneurs causing sporadic change in the entrepreneurial world.

A very innovative and creative lady who would go any length just to crush her goals and this has been seen repeatedly on how she handles her brand’s projects. I hold strongly to my mantra which says “If you can dream it, believe it, you can achieve it”. Thank you for your consideration in earnest.
