As the Co-founder of Impactfield Global Youth Initiative, he has been dedicated to supporting young people in Nigeria and beyond, providing them with valuable resources and opportunities since 2016.

In 2021, he took his passion for leadership development to the next level by establishing the Impactfield Leadership Institute. With its reach extending to seven countries, this institute aims to empower leaders and equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for excellence.

He’s the host of the Exceptional Leaders Program (ELP) and the Christian Leaders Acceleration Program (CLAP). Furthermore, Solomon Chimaechi Okeke co-hosts the Enugu Readers Summit, a literacy promotion event that has positively impacted the lives of over 50,000 people since its inception in 2016. As a Leadership and Personal Development Trainer and Communication Coach, Solomon Okeke has honed his expertise in guiding individuals on their journey towards personal growth and leadership development.

His efforts have been recognized through numerous awards and accolades, including being an award-winning author of eight books. One of his notable initiatives is the annual Leadership Rebirth Conference, which has been taking place since 2017. This event is designed to nurture transformational leaders who possess essential qualities such as character, capacity, courage, competence, and virtue. Through private coaching and mentoring sessions, he offers guidance and support to young people, helping them cultivate values, principles, and skills that contribute to successful and purposeful living.

Solomon Okeke attend Institute of Management and Technology, IMT, Enugu where he did his Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication and graduated in 2022 as one of the best in his department.

Additionally, Solomon Okeke has sought continuous growth and learning opportunities by attending esteemed institutions like Destiny Leadership Academy, Dominion Leadership Institute, and the School of Purpose and Influence, New Zealand. His dedication and impact on society were further recognized when he became a 2021 fellow of the Young Professional Bootcamp, a notable platform for young professionals.
