Salem Emmanuel is a tech enthusiast, senior program manager, and career coach with a strong desire for volunteering.
He currently serves as the Senior Program Manager at the Enugu SME Center, where he leads transformational development projects that enhance ease of doing business and future workplace trends.
Salem has managed over 35 projects focused on ease of doing business, human capital development, and job access. Previously, he was the Programs Manager and Career Growth Lead at UTIVA, a prominent Edtech company in sub-Saharan Africa, where he guided over 3,000 young individuals in finding career paths through tech skills.
He also worked as the Technical Assistant to the Enugu State Government on SME Development and served as Lead Project Manager at the Enugu SME Center from 2021 to 2023.
I am dedicated to helping over 1 million youths across Africa by 2030 navigate their transitions to the future by promoting human capital development, technology, and business growth.
