Blessing Utin

After completing the Leadership Development course, I had clarity of who I am, what others expect of me as a leader. I understood why I do things in a certain way and the principles I need to adopt to become a better leader. Moreso, I was able to identify my core values as a leader.
This course firstly, has helped me lead myself & my team better; because, I now understand their type of personalities and how to flow with them. It has also helped me to make sound decisions , influence others positively; which has brought about excellent results at my workplace.
