The LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COURSE for me, is a testimony that has impacted my understanding and dealing not just at work place but, even how I view and do things with my husband.

Before now, we use to argue quite often due to my *"D-personality"*, which I never knew about till I took the course.

This course helped me to understand and to *"LEAD MYSELF FIRST"*.

Now, having learnt of my husband's personality type and also known myself better, we no longer have issues the way we used.

I'm very grateful for this course and glad I participated fully, jotting every single point down.
