After going through the Leadership Development Course I began to wish I had done this earlier before interning in most of the institutions I worked with. I learnt how to lead with emotional intelligence. Taking up leadership roles now is something I do with with empathy and humility. Thank you Dr Jamie for this opportunity to become a better Leader through this Leadership course.
