I learnt quite a lot from the LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COURSE. And one thing stood out for me, that is, you can be a leader even without a leadership position, you can lead without being assigned a position, leadership is beyond title, it is the ability to serve those you are leading.
Having this mindset, I apply it to my daily lifestyle and lead by serving others.
