ABOUT US
According to United Nations, there are 1.2 billion young people aged 15 to 24 years, accounting for 16 per cent of the global population. By 2030, the number of youths is projected to have grown by 7 per cent, to nearly 1.3 billion.
As youths are increasing, the need to address the multifaceted challenges faced by young people (such as unemployment, lack of workplace skills, and access to capital) have become more pressing than ever. The competency skill gap among youths is growing rapidly and that possess a threat to organizational workforce and the economic development of any nation. In line with to commitment to youth skills development, we have launched 25 Workplace Competency based Courses designed to help individuals develop workplace skills, improve performance and achieve the highest levels of distinction across various industries.
Individuals who take our courses can show that they have gained relevant workplace knowledge and skills to perform at a high level. This can be especially important in leadership positions where expertise and credibility are highly valued.Our goal is to train 10,000 youths by the end of 2025 through WORKPLACE COMPETENCY PROGRAMME FOR YOUTHS. We are happy to invite individuals or organizations to support youths by sponsoring them to enrol for these courses.
Jamie Pajoel International is a global youth leadership organization designed to equip young leaders with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to excel as leaders and entrepreneurs. We recognize the importance and capacity of youth leaders to play a crucial role in driving community change, and we are committed to providing a platform where youths can learn from industry leaders. To date, JPI has successfully delivered leadership conferences in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa, and we continue to grow each year, building on our success and in-depth knowledge of the needs of our youths.
