Jamie Pajoel University is managed by as a resources platform where we offer our online courses. Jamie Pajoel International is a global youth leadership organization designed to equip young leaders with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to excel as leaders and entrepreneurs. We recognize the importance and capacity of youth leaders to play a crucial role in driving community change, and we are committed to providing a platform where youths can learn from industry leaders. To date, JPI has successfully delivered leadership conferences in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa, and we continue to grow each year, building on our success and in-depth knowledge of the needs of our youths.
J.P.1 started operations in Nigeria and today, the Organization has chapters in all 36 States in Nigeria, 15 Countries including Canada., United States and United Kingdom. At Jamie Pajoel International, we recognize the importance and capacity of youth leaders to play a crucial role in community change. According to United Nations, there are 1.2 billion young people aged 15 to 24 years, accounting for 16 per cent of the global population. By 2030, the number of youths is projected to have grown by 7 per cent, to nearly 1.3 billion.
As youths are increasingly, the need to address the multifaceted challenges faced by young people (such as unemployment, access to education, and access to capital) have become more pressing than ever. We believe that youth can be a positive force for development when provided with the knowledge and opportunities they need to thrive.
20 years ago, Dr. Jamie Pajoel answered a Leadership Call as a young leader to be a light to his generation. It was a call born out of a desire to break generational poverty in his family and help others to do same. He was just 10 years old when his dad and mom had issues and that pushed him into selling garden eggs on the street together with his sister just to support their mom. He grew up wondering why God would allow him to pass through pain as a child. They were so poor that feeding was by faith. He lost his sister because they couldn’t afford medical bills. He slept inside church for 4 years after moving out of the house in search of a better life but that was just the beginning of his journey.
Dr. Jamie Pajoel was told that he will end up as a burden to his poor mother but today he is a blessing to this generation! He started Jamie Pajoel International so that young people can have a global platform through which they can nurture their leadership skills, develop the right mindset, turn their challenges into opportunities and make positive impact in their communities.
Our Founder and Global President, Dr. Jamie Pajoel, has over 25 years of experience in youth leadership development. In 2014, Dr. Jamie Pajoel was recognized by the African Union as a youth hero. In 2018, he received the State of Michigan Leadership Award in the United States of America and was also a delegate to President Bill Clinton’s recognition in the United States of America. In 2023, he received a doctorate degree in organizational leadership from Myles University. As a youth leadership development expert, Dr. Jamie Pajoel has delivered over 1,000 keynote speeches on leadership at the national and international levels, including at Johns Hopkins University; Carey Business School, Baltimore, Maryland; African Union Headquarters, Ethiopia; U.S. Embassy, Abuja, Nigeria; and World Bank Summit, Washington D.C., U.S.A.
