In simple terms, going through the Leadership Development Course and the Public Speaking courses at Jamie Pajoel University was a process of transformation. I have had the opportunity to learn a lot within a short time at low cost. I now know what's most important in leadership: my philosophy about leadership, how my personality affects my leadership style and also how it affects the way I speak in public.

I'll say I'm now aware that people have different personality types/traits, which has helped me to know how to effectively work with them.
