Here we have 3 options, and you can also decide to make your own arrangement. However, we recommend staying together in the same hotel with other delegates.

OPTION ONE: RADISSON BLU HOTEL, NAIROBI UPPER HILL:

• Executive Single Room for one person $350 per night.
• Standard Single Room for one person $220 per night.

OPTION TWO: GOLDEN TULIP HOTEL WESTLANDS NAIROBI, KENYA

• Executive Single Room for one person $145 per night with breakfast for one
• Executive Double Bed for two people $200 per night with breakfast for two
• Standard Single Room for one person $115 per night with breakfast for one
• Standard Double Bed for two people $150 per night with breakfast for two.

NOTE: If you are going with Standard Double Bed, it means that you are sharing room and means you will be paying $75 per night with breakfast. So for 6 nights, your total hotel accommodation will be $450

OPTION THREE: GLAM HOTEL

• Standard Single Room for one person $63 per night with breakfast for one
• Standard Double Bed for two people $80 per night with breakfast for two

NOTE: If you are going with Gam Hotel Standard Double Bed, it means that you are sharing room and will be paying $40 per night with breakfast. So for 6 nights, your total hotel accommodation will be $240

• Private 6 Night Hotel Accommodation with breakfast at Golden Tulip Hotel Westlands = $690

SHARED PACKAGE OPTION ONE ($1,810 EXCLUDING FLIGHT):

• Tuition fee = $1000
• Shared 6 Night Hotel Accommodation with breakfast at Golden Tulip Hotel Westlands = $450

PRIVATE PACKAGE OPTION TWO ($1,738 EXCLUDING FLIGHT):

• Lunch for 6 Days = $180
• Dinner for 6 Days = $180

SHARED PACKAGE OPTION TWO ($1,600 EXCLUDING FLIGHT):

• Tuition fee $1000
• Share 6 Night Hotel Accommodation with breakfast at Glam Hotel = $240
• Lunch for 6 Days = $180
• Dinner for 6 Days = $180

These Terms (Conditions) apply to all services ordered from you the Client for GLOBAL BUSINESS PROGRAMME, NOVEMBER 24TH-30TH 2024 and provided by Jamie Pajoel University. By proceeding with registration and payment, you agree that these conditions shall apply to those services as listed in the delegates registration fee.

VENUE: RADISSON BLU HOTEL, NAIROBI UPPER HILL

TUITION FEE: $1000

1. Jamie Pajoel University shall provide only the services listed in the delegates registration fee.
2. Jamie Pajoel University shall operate under reasonable discretion, and within available resources to give Client added value to services ordered as listed in the delegates registration fee.
3. Jamie Pajoel University shall be required to provide a new proposal bill and proforma invoice to Client in the event of an additional service request by Client that is not stated in the delegates registration fee.
4. Jamie Pajoel University shall not be held liable for any contingencies that may arise in the event that Client is not forthcoming with the payment schedule as listed in the delegates registration fee.
5. In the event where you the client is not able to attend the conference after payment is done, Jamie Pajoel University shall NOT refund any money. However, you the client shall be allowed to use your ticket for the following year or at any other events hosted by Jamie Pajoel University.
6. Jamie Pajoel University agrees to be liable for any contingencies that arise on our part as a result of our own shortcomings at any given period in the course of or service delivery.
7. Jamie Pajoel University shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any performances of services for a satisfactory outcome.
8. Jamie Pajoel University shall not be held responsible in an event where the Canadian Embassy on their own discretion refuse to offer or grant you Visiting Visa.
9. Jamie Pajoel University shall have the right to make any changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Services, and Jamie Pajoel International ™ shall notify Client in any such event.
10. Jamie Pajoel University shall provide services using reasonable care and skill and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with your Request and reasonable instructions from time to time.
